Speedball Permanent Acrylic Inks are generally used on paper and board to give a pigmented matte finished. They are water-based, non-toxic and non-flammable. The inks do not contain solvents and dry to a water-resistant finish. These inks combine the intense colour and permanence of oil based inks with the convenience of water wash-up. These inks can be mixed with Speedball Transparent Base for transparency and Speedball Retarder Base to slow the drying.\ Please note colours may differ slightly from the image shown
